Austyn was home for winter break from college, and he made the absolute most of his time, making it to the gym 4x/week. We spent his last week testing his gains, and he made huge personal bests in the squat, bench, and deadlift. Check it out!
Whenever someone signs up to get in shape for joining the military, you know it’s going to be bittersweet, and that eventually, once they reach their goals, they’ll have to say goodbye. That day came in the past week with our good friend Evan who joined the airforce. Over the last year with us, Evan was able to drop over 20lbs of bodyweight, bring his pull-ups into the double digits, and deadlift over 400lbs. We are going to miss him, and we thank him for his service!
Becca is back to some barbell training, and what better way to start than with a personal best deadlift of 85kg(187lbs)!
