No one sits on the bench. With different age and weight classes everyone gets to compete! We have Barbell Club members here ranging from ages 12 to 72 of all ability levels.

THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL COST TO BEING A MEMBER OF TEAM ARKITECT AND NO REQUIREMENT TO COMPETE. ALL WE EXPECT IS PUTTING YOUR BEST EFFORT IN AND TRUSTING THE PROCESS.
