The temps are dropping, the leaves are changing, and everything in the grocery store is pumpkin flavored…you know what that means…OCTOBER IS HERE! October is turning out to be a busy month at Arkitect Fitness…Here’s what we have going on!

Coach Matt’s ONE Year Anniversary!

This week marks one year that Matt has been coaching at Arkitect Fitness. We are incredibly fortunate to have him and he has been a great addition to the community, as well as his fiance, Anna! Arkitect has seen a tremendous amount of growth in the last year, and Matt and Anna have been a big part of that! Be sure to make it in for a workout this week to congratulate Matt on one year!

October Challenge of the Month

This month’s challenge is a bench press for max reps with 50% of your body weight for women, and 60% of your body weight for men. By participating in the challenge you will be entered in to a drawing to win a tub of creatine or a bag of preworkout from Transparent Labs.

The Empowerment Project

Is there a particular exercise at the gym that makes you feel like a total bad ass? Many of you may know that I recently became involved in photography, and I’m looking to incorporate this new passion with my passion for fitness and helping people. For the month of October I’ll be doing free professional shots for any member who wants to be photographed doing an exercise that makes them feel like a boss! This will be by appointment, starting this Saturday the 5th. The shoot will take 30 minutes, so e-mail me to schedule a time for this Saturday! Tony@Arkitectfitness.com
